Shipping Policy

We are committed to deliver quality products. Once you confirm your order, you will get confirmation email on your given ID. Shipment will be delivered within three working days.

Please note the shipping policy adapted by Sufra Foods:
• Shipping available all over Pakistan.
• Free shipping for all retail orders more than PKR 2000/-
• Payment mode for all the orders will be cash on delivery (COD)
• In case the customer is absent upon delivery, a representative would call and act upon the instructions of the customer. The parcel can either be delivered on another time or returned to Sufra Foods.

• Prices are quoted in Pak Rupees (PKR).
  • Prices include sales tax where applicable.
  • Sufra Foods can change prices any time
  • Sufra Foods has ensure the right price and description of all products, however in case of discrepancy Sufra Foods will not be responsible.

Refund Policy

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund.

Return Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@sufrafoods.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
